At The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services LLC, we believe that healing doesn’t just happen in an office, it happens in the body, in the breath, and in connection with the earth itself.

Our holistic and eco-therapy services invite clients to step outside the traditional therapy room and into experiences that restore balance, regulation, and wholeness through movement, mindfulness, and nature.

Yoga practice

We offer individual trauma-sensitive and mindfulness-based yoga sessions designed to complement mental health therapy.

These practices promote grounding, body awareness, and emotional regulation — helping clients reconnect to safety and presence.

Yoga sessions are available privately or as part of group offerings.

Breathwork practice

We offer individual breathwork sessions that help clients release emotional tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect to the body’s innate wisdom.

We incorporate somatic awareness and trauma-informed techniques to help you move energy, release stress, and return to center.

Sound bowl healing

🎶 Sound Bowl & Vibrational Healing

We offer individual sound bowl therapy sessions that combine frequency, vibration, and intention to calm the mind, relax the body, and promote deep inner balance.

Sound therapy sessions encourage emotional release and energetic realignment.

Reiki session

🔮 Reiki & Energy Healing

Our Reiki sessions help calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore emotional and spiritual balance.

Using gentle touch and intention, Reiki promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Available as individual sessions or integrated with sound bowls, aromatherapy, or mindfulness practices.

Ecopsychological Therapy Groups

🌲 Hiking & Forest Bathing Processing Group

Group that invites participants to reconnect with nature as a partner in healing.

Eco-therapy uses the natural world as a co-therapist through forest bathing walks, mindful park sessions, and nature-based therapy groups designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover peace through sensory connection with the earth.

These experiences gently support the release of anxiety, burnout, and trauma, while cultivating stillness, gratitude, and grounded presence.

Group Time: Mondays 10:00am

Location: Given once enrolled for group for privacy purposes.

Sound Bowl Processing Group

Sound Bowl Healing Group, combining frequency, vibration, and guided mindfulness to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional release.

This immersive sound experience helps participants relax deeply, restore energetic balance, and reconnect to inner calm.

Group Time: Tuesdays 10:00am

Location: Given once enrolled for group for privacy purposes.
